INDYCAR and Parkside Cards Join Forces for Thrilling Trading Card Series

As the 2024 INDYCAR season approaches, fans are in for an extra treat with the announcement of a three-year partnership between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards. This collaboration will bring fans closer to the racing action through a thrilling collection of trading cards, set to launch on March 1. With contests, giveaways, and autographed memorabilia opportunities, the INDYCAR Collection by Parkside promises to enhance the race weekend experience like never before.

The INDYCAR Collection by Parkside Cards will be available to fans at race events, retail stores, and online. Parkside Cards plans to engage fans through various initiatives, including redemption cards for signed memorabilia and a contest with a grand prize trip to the iconic Indy 500.

Parkside Cards, known for its collections featuring the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the National Women’s Soccer League, is expanding its portfolio with this venture into motorsports. The INDYCAR Collection Hobby boxes, priced at $88.99 plus shipping, will contain 20 packs with eight cards each, ensuring that fans receive two autographed cards per box. Additionally, retail hanger packs will feature 25 cards, with an autographed card included in every 18th pack.

One unique offering within the collection will be relic cards that contain actual pieces of brick from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This addition adds a tangible piece of racing history to fans’ collections, further enhancing the value and excitement of the trading cards.

The base set of the INDYCAR Collection will comprise of 162 cards, showcasing the sport’s stars and key moments. Complementing this will be a 72-card Marquee Moments insert set, featuring the most memorable highlights from INDYCAR races. Other thematic inserts, such as Race Events, Pit Pass, and Indy NXT, will also be included. Autographs from 27 different drivers will be available, with special Blue, Black, and 1/1 Gold parallels to enhance the collectibility and excitement of the series.

Mark Miles, the President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corp., expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing how trading cards enable fans to connect with the sport’s stars. He believes that the INDYCAR Collection by Parkside Cards will provide fans with a dynamic way to engage with the personalities and talents of the racing world.

Pre-sales for the 2024 INDYCAR boxes are already in progress, with the racing season set to kick off in St. Petersburg, FL, on March 10. This new collaboration between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards marks an exciting development for racing enthusiasts and collectors alike, promising a fresh and interactive way to celebrate the thrill of INDYCAR racing. Whether fans are looking to add prized autographed cards to their collection or hoping to secure a piece of the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the INDYCAR Collection by Parkside Cards offers a unique opportunity to connect with the passion and excitement of the sport.
