Excitement Builds for 2023 Panini Select Football Release

The highly anticipated 2023 Panini Select Football set is creating a buzz in the sports card collecting community as it gears up for a summer release just before the 2024 NFL training camps kick off. Known for its stunning chromium-styled design, this year’s edition promises to deliver a robust 500-card base set segmented into five distinctive levels, ranging from the common Concourse to the rare Field Level.

Kicking off the base set are the Concourse Level cards, numbered from 1 to 100, serving as the most prevalent in the collection. On the flip side, the Field Level cards, numbered from 401 to 500, stand out as the most elusive and sought-after finds in the set. Collectors can also look forward to a variety of coveted parallels like the Zebra and Disco variations, along with the exclusive numerically limited Tie-Dye parallels.

One of the exciting features making a return in this year’s release is the XRC Mystery Redemption program. This popular program gives collectors a shot at scoring some of the first official rookie cards from the 2024 NFL Draft class. The XRC cards are set to feature Silver Prizm versions, low-numbered variants, and even autographed editions, adding a layer of thrill and exclusivity for collectors.

In addition to the base set, the 2023 Panini Select Football will also feature a range of Autographs and Memorabilia cards to elevate the collecting experience. Look out for Jumbo Rookie Signature Swatches and Prime Selections Prizm Signatures Tie-Dye autograph memorabilia cards, along with the coveted Spectra Hall of Fame Signatures Prizm series showcasing autographs from legendary players.

The collection will also reintroduce popular inserts like Starcade, Color Wheel, and Select Anniversary, aligning perfectly with this year’s aesthetic and complementing the card lineup.

For collectors diving into the Hobby Box Configuration, each pack will contain 5 cards, with 12 packs per box and 12 boxes per case. Box contents are expected to boast 2 Autographs, 1 Memorabilia card, 15 Prizm Parallels, 6 Inserts, and 2 Field Level Base Cards, offering a comprehensive selection of high-value cards in every box.

Priced at approximately $450 per hobby box, the 2023 Panini Select Football release is set to provide fans and collectors with an exciting opportunity to snag some of the most iconic moments and players from the upcoming NFL season. Get ready to immerse yourself in the thrill of collecting these captivating cards as they hit the shelves this summer.
