Whatnot Rewards Club Enhances Buyer-Seller Interaction

Whatnot, the popular online marketplace, is unveiling an exciting new feature to elevate the buyer-seller interaction experience: the Rewards Club. This innovative loyalty program aims to simplify transactions, track interactions, and provide fun rewards and recognition to all users, making the buying and selling process more engaging and rewarding.

What is the Rewards Club all about? It’s an achievement-based program that benefits both buyers and sellers. Sellers can grow their businesses by tracking buyer interactions and offering rewards, while the program fosters deeper connections between buyers and sellers, ultimately encouraging more purchases.

Customization is key in the Rewards Club, as every seller’s business is unique. The program is designed to be flexible, allowing sellers to customize it to fit their community and business goals effectively.

The structure of the Rewards Club is based on five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier requires a specific number of achievements to unlock, which sellers can determine based on their preferences. Achievements may include watching shows, making purchases, or reaching a certain spending threshold.

Members of the Rewards Club can enjoy a variety of rewards and benefits as they progress through the tiers. These rewards include status badges, coupons (dollar-based, percentage-based, free shipping), and access to exclusive tier-only shows. Membership in the program is automatic upon completing the required achievements.

To keep things fresh and exciting, Rewards Club programs reset every three months, allowing sellers to refine and enhance their offerings regularly. The seasonal schedule includes Winter (December, January, February), Spring (March, April, May), Summer (June, July, August), and Fall (September, October, November).

One of the most appealing aspects of the Rewards Club is its customizability. Sellers have the freedom to set achievement thresholds, choose rewards that align with their business strategies, and manage their tiers and achievements throughout the season.

Beta testing for the Rewards Club is currently ongoing until August 31, with the official launch of Season 1 scheduled for September 1. During the beta phase, sellers can make adjustments to their tiers and program by contacting their Account Manager or Whatnot Support.

Interested in joining the Rewards Club? Sellers need to meet certain requirements, such as having processed 50 or more non-giveaway orders, earning over $1,000 on Whatnot, being a seller for at least 30 days, maintaining a seller rating of 4.8 or higher, and avoiding any second offense in violation categories.

For buyers, joining a seller’s Rewards Club is automatic upon making a purchase. Coupons and rewards can be easily managed through the Rewards Club overview page, with purchases made using coupons being final.

Achievements in the Rewards Club are tracked based on the total amount spent, including taxes and shipping fees, while discounts applied through coupons do not contribute to spending achievements. Members also have the option to display or hide their Rewards Badges during live shows, respecting their privacy preferences.

As the Rewards Club is rolled out, Whatnot offers full support to address any questions or concerns that users may have. If you need assistance or clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Whatnot support team as they are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all users.
