Lululemon and Fanatics Shake Up NHL Fan Apparel

Lululemon and Fanatics have teamed up to revolutionize fan apparel for the National Hockey League (NHL) as the 2024-25 season kicks off. This exclusive premium collection brings a fresh and innovative take on gameday attire and beyond for passionate hockey fans.

Available from October 29, the lineup will be showcased in various retail outlets and online platforms, including the expansive Fanatics network, Lids stores, the flagship NHL Shop in NYC, and team venues across North America. The collection will initially feature 11 NHL teams for the current season, with plans to include all 32 teams for the following season.

Celeste Burgoyne, the President of lululemon for the Americas and Global Guest Innovation, expressed the brand’s enthusiasm for hockey and the partnership. She emphasized how this collaboration with Fanatics and the NHL allows them to introduce high-quality performance and loungewear to fans who share their passion for the sport.

The debut collection will incorporate some of lululemon’s most iconic products across men’s and women’s categories. Expect to see team logos adorning items such as the Scuba Hoodie, Define Jacket, Align Pant, Steady State Crew, Metal Vent Tee, and Everywhere Belt Bag.

Brian Jennings, the NHL Chief Brand Officer, shared his excitement for the collaboration and highlighted the unique campaign featuring NHL Players and their partners. He expressed confidence that the premium collection will resonate with fans, both in stores and online.

The collaboration has its fair share of buzz, with Chicago Blackhawks’ rising star Connor Bedard, the NHL’s Calder Trophy winner for 2023-24, now proudly representing lululemon as an ambassador. Bedard, along with other notable NHL players including John Tavares, Matty Beniers, Dylan Larkin, Seth Jones, Morgan Geekie, and Mark Stone, stars in the captivating campaign promoting the collection.

Fanatics Commerce CEO, Andrew Low Ah Kee, expressed his excitement for enhancing the gameday experience for fans by connecting them with their favorite teams through style and comfort. As the hockey season unfolds, Ah Kee and the teams at Fanatics are thrilled to bring this new collection to fans everywhere.

The initial release will shine the spotlight on popular NHL teams such as the Boston Bruins, Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings, Edmonton Oilers, Florida Panthers, Montreal Canadiens, New York Rangers, Seattle Kraken, Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, and Vegas Golden Knights.

Fans can get their hands on this exclusive collection at various Lids-operated stores across North America, starting from Tuesday, October 29. From Boston to Vancouver, enthusiasts can shop for their favorite team’s apparel and show their support in style and comfort at select locations.

The collaboration between lululemon and Fanatics is set to elevate the fan apparel game in the NHL, offering a blend of high-quality performance wear and stylish designs for hockey fans to enjoy both on and off the ice.
